At your first appointment special attention will be given to your concerns and expectations.
During this consultation we'll focus also on your medical history and current state of health.
After an initial examination, followed by a discussion and an informal proposal, a cooling-off period is inserted, allowing you to generate additional questions. At a second appointment we'll complete medical and administrative formalities for your treatment.

FACIAL AESTHETIC Surgeon
Dr. Philippe Gréant got the legal degree of Plastic-Aesthetic Surgery after 13 years of education at University Hospitals in Brussels. He got a complementary training in France and the UK. Dr. Greant built an expertise during 30 years of practice in Plastic Surgery.
Dr Gréant covers the whole field of plastic surgery and applies the techniques and tools of his extensive training, actualized to the most recent developments of his specialty. Nowadays he focuses more and more on refinements of facial aesthetic surgery.

Dr. Louise Hoing obtained the legal degree of Gynaecologist after 12 years of education at the University and in the University Hospital in Brussels. Dr. Hoing built a solid experience of over 25 years of practice in general gynaecology, obstetrics, Breast Diseases, Children's Gynaecology and Menopause. She is also a consultant at the University Hospital Erasme.

Aging means sagging tissues in our face, making us "unintentionally" look less cheerful.
Lifting- and eyelid surgery rejuvenate us by stretching tissues but restore even more "happiness" in our face.
Dr. Greant is specialised in facial care and facial surgery.
Expertise lets you enjoy 'specific cut-to-size' aesthetic treatments. Experience keep interventions relatively short-term and light anaesthesia results in a quick recovery and speedy resumption of your normal activities.
Face-Lifting
There are different types of liftings: face-, neck, face & neck liftings, which can be combined as desired with other procedures such as eyelid corrections, wrinkle treatments or injections of your own fat to restore a lost facial volume and facial relief. Stretching of facial skin can rejuvenate you some 10-15 years. Face Lifting can be performed in Medical House under light anesthesia and takes a few hours. Depending on your hairdressing, this surgery is barely visible after 1 week.
Eyelids
Eyelids usually show the first signs of aging in the face. A relatively simple procedure for the upper eyelids, somewhat more sophisticated for the under eyelids, will lighten your look again. After disappearance of the initial post-operative swelling and discoloration scars will gradually fade to become almost invisible.
Nose
There are multiple nose deformities: misalignement, hunchback, too heavy nose or tip, etc. Those aesthetic deformities can be corrected at the same time with any breathing disorder through the nose. The harmony of your face is defined by the nose-lip-chin balance. A global analysis will therefore be performed during your first appointment.
EAR
The two most common ear malformations are protruding ears and splitted earlobes. Protruding ears are turned back against the skull through a scar lying behind the ear. A torn earlobe is corrected appropriately under local anesthesia by nicely adjusting the edges. The piercing is restored several weeks after this procedure.
Chin
The prominence of the chin, best seen in side view, plays an important role in the facial harmony and aesthetics. A harmonious balance between the nose, lips and chin are paramount and becoming part of our analysis. The treatment of a under-projection of the chin is treated by means of a small chin prosthesis or lipofilling.
Skin
Skin aging is characterized by thinning, dryness, discoloration and wrinkles. These phenomena are treated with ointments or injections procedures. Ointments serve to hydrate, restore thickness of the skin, and prevent discoloration. Chemical Peeling or abrasion is applied to improve discoloration and surface irregularities. Botulinum is applied to attenuate "dynamic" wrinkles caused by muscle contraction of the muscles of facial expression where Fillers are applied to treat 'static' wrinkles.
Lipofilling
Age frequently shows a reduction of volume in the face. Natural and definitive filling with your own fat eg of the cheeks are sometimes mandatory to achieve a harmonious rejuvenation of the face.
